IOTL Party Package - Weekday
(Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday):
$325.00 for the first 15 participants
Additional people will be charged at the group rate to skate.
Group Rate of $10 per adult and $8 per child age 12 and under.
Two Hour Party Package Includes:
Three large pizzas, your choice of cheese or pepperoni.
Large pizzas come with eight slices
Additional large pizzas $17 each
15 cupcakes from Cupcake Kitchen, your choice of vanilla, chocolate, or half & half
Additional cupcakes are $3 each
Winter themed icing - purple and blue
Sodas and water -or- 15 Hot Cocoas
Hot Cocoa is served after or during ice skating time
If you want both drink options, it is an additional $30
Tables, chairs, tablecloths, plates, and napkins are included
Use of the designated private party area 45 minutes prior to ice skating for food, cake and gifts. Everything will need to be cleared out of the private party area before your skate session.
60 minute skate time and skates rentals (held during public skate time). Skating will be after the party since skates may not be worn outside of the rink.

GROUP RATES
Group rates are for 20 or more people: $10 for adults, $8 for children age 12 and under.
If you do not book online in advance we cannot guarantee you group will be able to skate together.
You will need at least 30 minutes to check your group in and be fitted for skates.
We have a limited capacity and can only allow so many on the ice per session.
Waivers will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
We will honor the group rate when you arrive at the register to pay, but cannot guarantee a specific time or a 60 minute skate session if you arrive late.
Group rate pricing on Holidays 20 or more people $12 for adults, $10 for children 12 and under.
Private Rink Rentals
Non-Profit: $500 + Special Group Rate of $2 discount per person
Corporate: $650 + Special Group Rate of $2 discount per person
Enjoy the rink to yourselves with a private party on the ice for 90 minutes.
Fees are a flat fee for private rental of the rink plus a Group Rate of $10 per adult and $8 per child 12 and under.
Pre or Post Winter Break Bookings November 24 - Dec 18 & January 8 - 28
Once School Holiday hours (Dec 18 - Jan 7) go into effect, private rentals are unavailable.
Private parties can be scheduled during pre or post winter break on Mondays 11am - 1pm, 2pm - 4pm, or 6pm-8pm.
-OR- before normal skating hours on Tuesday through Friday at 11am - 1pm
100 skaters can skate comfortably at one time, we max out at 125 skaters at once. If you have more than 125 skaters you will need to book two sessions.
You will have access to lockers and plastic ice skate buddies at no additional charge.
If you would like our hot chocolate & concessions trailer open please let us know at the time of booking. The food concessions trailer items are not included in the booking price.
You may have extra tables & chairs setup in our designated party area for an additional $100 fee.
